Founded by leadership author and executive consultant Dr. Marta C. Wilson, TSI is a woman-owned, small business headquartered in Arlington, Virginia. Over the years, we ourselves have transformed into a critical mass of highly motivated and insightful experts in the fields of engineering, psychology, business and evaluation. We now have satellite offices in Atlanta, GA; Blacksburg, VA; McLean, VA; Richmond, VA; Stafford, VA; and, Washington, DC.
